Speed & Agility vs. Jumping

Last year we really concentrated on increasing our vertical jump.  We utilized a very intense jump program that had great results.  This year we are going to combine our jump program with speed and agility.  Our girls need to be quick & fast.  They need to move to the ball without even thinking about it.  We are going to train to have automatic reflexes to move to the ball.  We did some great things last year, and we are going to build upon it this year.  I hope to see alot of you come back, and we welcome some new faces.
